After relocating to Seattle for work, and with neither my wife nor I having any family in Seattle, we were clueless as to where we should live. Fortunately, we referred to Kelly by a family friend...and we couldn't be any happier. Kelly is energetic, knowledgeable, PATIENT, willing to go that extra mile...and did I mention patient??? Because she is. That was one of the main reasons I was interested in working with her - previous clients boasted online about her saint-like patience, and I couldn't agree more. Kelly showed us dozens of homes over a several month period in and around Seattle. Each time greeting us with a smile, background on the home and the area, and a positive outlook that this 'could be the one' - all while keeping things honest and realistic in terms of our budget, the quality of the home, and our competitiveness as opposed to other buyers, etc.,

Kelly knew about trendy neighborhoods, where to focus and more importantly, where to avoid. She also knew what areas the new light rails are going and how this could affect commuting, property values, accessibility, etc., The woman knows her business!

My wife and I were able to find a beautiful home in the area we wanted (West Seattle), in the price range we wanted, with the specifications/amenities we desired. Was it easy...NOT AT ALL! But Kelly's perseverance allowed us to stay the course and find the right home. She was really cool about giving us our space when we grew tired (and aggravated) with the search, and gently (but properly) pushing us when the right opportunities came along. 

I interviewed numerous agents - some of whom were twice Kelly's age but had half of her knowledge, charisma and skills --- you do the math, folks, that's a winning combination by any measure in any business. And with real estate in Seattle being as crazy as it is, and only getting crazier, you need to make sure you choose the right agent. And Kelly is that person.

Where do I start. My wife and I literally could not have gone through this process and bought our dream house without Kelly. We met in College, and reconnected a few years ago. From the start to the finish she was right there answering every question and had every answer we were looking for.

Her knowledge of the area is unmatched and when she took us to a few houses she had all the comps, and possible pros and cons of each property. This was a huge help to have a professional's eyes and advice on each property.  

When we finally found the perfect house, she did everything in her power to make sure we got it. We saw the house, and that night another offer came in, and Kelly didn't let us lose it.  She put our offer in late at night and called us first thing in the morning to notify my wife and I that the seller signed and the house was ours!

She is an expert in negotiations, contracts, and every aspect of the home buying process. She will forever be our go to realtor and I have already passed her information onto multiple friends! If you need any type of realtor work, you would be a fool not to hire Kelly McGinnis!

I was referred to Kelly through a friend. We met and went over all the must haves I had been looking for in a condo. She asked great discovery questions to make sure she understood exactly what I was looking for. She then went over all the different ways I could put together a competitive offer in this market. I had done 7 offers with a previous agent with no success. She outlined each method of being competitive and the pros and cons to each (example increase in earnest money, waiving inspection, waiting on financing, etc). She even sent me articles to read up on what each meant and the risks associated to a buyer and seller with each. She said she felt confident we would get my first or second offer. Kelly was recommended to us by a friend and after our first meeting with her, we knew she was the perfect fit for us. We were first time home buyers, Kelly was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process. Kelly also helped us find a great mortgage company to finance our purchase. With the market as crazy as it is, it was crucial to have a realtor that was always available and could talk through all of the offer options to keep us competitive.

A few years ago, I started a home search and Kelly was recommended by a lender. She was always attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, due to life circumstances, that housing search didn't end in a purchase. I recently started a home search again and contacted Kelly. We quickly found a house that I liked, made a bid, and got the house. Throughout the entire process Kelly was always responsive and super easy to work with. Kelly Corr was our realtor last year when we were in the market for a North Seattle house. Now, Seattle was, and is, a very tricky market. It is the hottest market in the USA and requires an experienced agent who can conduct the search in a very timely manner. Kelly was amazing and we were able to purchase a home at a very competitive price. In our introductory meeting she explained the market and its nuances, which are very different from where we were coming from. We have known Kelly for many years. Kelly worked with my fiancee and me for months to find the right house and Brittany filled in seamlessly when Kelly wasn't available to show us a home.
